Price Breakdown: Marriage License $85 (Government fee) + Certificate $17 (Government fee) + Notary Public $45 + Money order/shipping $8, TOTAL $155. To qualify for a confidential marriage license (no legal witnesses are required) You MUST both have VALID non-expired IDs such as a Driver's license or a government issued non-expired Passport. NOTE: This is a 100% legal marriage service. Once you have your ceremony in your car with a marriage license issued by us and it is signed by yourselves and the officiant, you will be legally married. Your paperwork will be shipped to the Registrar recorder/ County Clerk for processing. You will receive an instant copy of the license that same day to serve as temporary proof of marriage. The official Marriage Certificate will be sent to your residence from the county clerk approximately 8-12 weeks from your wedding date.
